Job description for Account Manager at Lengua
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications, inquiries, and requests.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to plan and execute digital projects.
- Create project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with clients to develop strategic digital marketing plans aligned with their business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in project execution and client management.

- Actively participate in pitching activities, including preparing presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Research and identify prospective clients within target industries or markets.
- Conduct outreach and networking activities to establish connections and initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Lead the client acquisition process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience 5 year with minimum of 1 year working as an account manager in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, content marketing, and advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve shared goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Supermetrics, etc, is a plus.
