Job description for Account Manager at PT ACE INDEX IDN
Job Responsibilities:
Take charge of sales for the company's summit and exhibition projects, achieving sales targets by collaborating with existing clients and seeking out potential customers.
Develop overseas customer base through emails, social media platforms, phone calls, face-to-face visits, and exhibition appearances, fulfilling assigned sales goals and related tasks.
Establish and maintain customer relationships, follow through the entire customer sales cycle, such as identifying customer needs to reach project collaborations, actively completing sales signing and payment collection tasks, and providing high-quality exhibition/conference services to clients.
Improve and maintain a database of exhibition customers and partners, ensuring timely data updates and security.
Independently conduct or assist in early-stage project research, developing project agendas, inviting guests, marketing promotions, and on-site event support.
Stay updated with international market and industry trends, providing clients with professional market insights and increasing brand awareness.
Actively fulfill department-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum one year of sales experience (outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome), with fluent English and Chinese language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Proficient in Office software and social media platforms (e.g., Excel, PPT, Word, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Strong work ethic and ability to handle pressure, consistently meeting deadlines.
Demonstrate a strong desire for self-improvement, a pioneering spirit, learning capability, excellent service attitude, and teamwork.
