- Generating new business and achieve the assigned revenue.
- Maintain strong pipelines through creating sales opportunities.
- Develop business strategies for designated accounts.
- Build strategic customer relationships to understand customers’ pains/requirements and to achieve sales strategies and objectives.
- Understand competitors and their strategies.
- Strong business development and prospecting skills, as well as negotiating experience.
- Having a good record of sales target achievement in IT Solution
- Having an experience with customer that have inventory / supply chain / warehouse management system / barcode mobile data capture
- 5+ years in business software sales.
- Oracle EBS/Cloud understanding is an advantage
- Willing to learn new technologies, good presentation skill
