About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Lift Consultant (Account Manager) to represent Kalea, our Swedish luxury home lift brand. This role is more than sales — it’s about consulting high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and industry professionals (architects, designers, contractors) to deliver bespoke vertical mobility solutions for premium properties.
The ideal candidate is analytical, sharp, people-savvy, and thrives in a high-pressure, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management:
Follow up and convert leads from the system; maintain and update CRM regularly.
- Business Development:
Generate own leads by actively networking with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Client Engagement:
Serve as a trusted consultant for clients — understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the entire customer journey.
- Sales Execution:
Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals professionally and efficiently.
- Target Achievement:
Consistently reach or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Product Expertise:
Understand and confidently present Kalea’s product range and unique selling points.
- Reporting:
Maintain accurate records, update reporting templates, and analyze performance data.
- Coordination:
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and post-sales follow-up.

What We’re Looking For
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- Experience:
At least 2 years in sales/account management, ideally in high-involvement/luxury sectors (banking & high-end lifestyle brands are preferred)
- Skills & Qualities:
- Strong analytical thinker with a logical, structured approach
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High-level networking ability — able to maintain and grow relationships with HNWI and industry professionals
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, organised, and disciplined
- Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure (both internal deadlines and high client expectations)
- Committed to excellence and a strong work ethic
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
