Job description for Account Manager at PT. INOVASI SISTEM TEKNOLOGI
Main Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Explore customer needs and develop upselling & cross-selling opportunities.
• Prospect and develop new customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Presales, Technical, and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
• Target-oriented, proactive, persistent, and accustomed to conducting customer visits.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably from IT System Integrator, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, relationship building, and closing.
• Having an existing network or customer base with C-Level executives is a plus, particularly in Enterprise, Government/State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN/BUMD), FSI, Education, or related sectors.
• Ability to communicate in English for business purposes is an added value.
Education
• Bachelor's (S1) or Associate (D3) degree in a relevant major.
