Job description for Account Manager at Lintas Jaringan Nusantara
Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling by search new account, develop and managing key accounts and end user, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Following up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided by the company
Analyzing data to identify potential customers needs, interests, or concerns in order to develop effective marketing strategies
Reviewing account activity reports to identify opportunities to increase sales
Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed about new products or services that might interest them.
Requirements:
Have experience in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry a point plus.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Having good networking & experience in creating / prospecting and managing accounts
Excellent communication skills & Presentation
Able to work based on target
Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs.
