Position Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing enterprise customer accounts by building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering integrated digital infrastructure solutions. This role works closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Technical teams to maximize customer value, drive revenue growth, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with enterprise customers across assigned industry verticals.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the account lifecycle.

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts.

- Promote the company's portfolio, including Digital Platform, Business Solutions, Data Center, CDN, ISP, and related digital infrastructure services.

- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver the best customer solutions.

- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage contract renewals.

- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve business issues, and ensure successful service delivery.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, account activities, and forecasting through the CRM system.

- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development within Digital Platform, Cloud, CDN, ISP, Data Center, Telecommunications, System Integrator, or ICT industries.

- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and digital infrastructure services.

- Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and achieve sales targets.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset.

- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
