Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Account Manager, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored IT solutions. Additionally, the role involves managing client accounts, preparing and delivering proposals, meeting sales targets, and coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Account Manager will also monitor customer feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings.
