The role
Own the client relationship from the first conversation through delivery. You understand the brief, keep communication clear, move opportunities forward, and make sure clients and the internal team stay aligned.
What you will do
- Handle inbound leads, client meetings, and day-to-day communication
- Turn conversations into clear briefs, scopes, proposals, and next steps
- Follow up opportunities, quotations, approvals, feedback, and project decisions
- Manage expectations and keep clients, strategy, design, and production aligned through delivery
- Grow existing accounts by spotting follow-up opportunities and reconnecting with past clients
- Use AI and modern tools to research, prepare, document, and work faster
Who you are
- Strong communicator and comfortable owning client relationships
- Commercially aware—you can understand what a client actually needs, not just what they ask for
- Proactive, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and multiple moving parts
- Curious about business, technology, AI, and creative work
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in account management, client service, business development, agency, or event/activation work
- Experience handling proposals, scopes, timelines, and client feedback
- Good English
- Comfortable with AI tools
- Creative-tech familiarity is a bonus
