Job description for Account Manager at Crest Infosolutions
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
Experience:
1+ years in account management, software sales, or related roles, preferably in DMS or database solutions.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Document Management Systems (DMS) and database solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken) is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand client relationships within the software and database sectors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Other:
Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to travel as needed.
