Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact and strategic representative between clients and the internal Digital Marketing/Paid Ads team.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
- Develop media plans, campaign strategies, budget allocations, and optimization recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate Performance Marketers/execution teams to ensure campaign quality and KPI achievement.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights to improve Paid Ads effectiveness.
- Present regular performance reports, recommendations, and updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign execution with client strategy and priorities.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Has solid knowledge of Paid Media / Performance Marketing across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and related ecosystems.
- Experienced in handling client-facing and consultative roles within digital marketing or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of media planning, campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
- Capable of supervising and guiding execution teams while maintaining high-quality campaign delivery.
- Proficient in analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Able to understand business objectives across various industries and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accustomed to handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and project-based environment.
