Job description for Account Manager at Automation Consulting
We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our strategic clients and partners in the FinTech and Payment industry.
What You'll Do:
•Maintain strong relationship with key accounts and business partners
•Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth
•Handle clients needs, issues, and business opportunities proactively
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
•Monitor account performance and prepare regular business reports
•Identify upselling and cross-sellinh opportunities within existing accounts
•Support strategic planning to improve client retention and engagement
Requirements:
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or related role
•Preferably experienced in FinTech, Payment Gateway, Banking, or related industrie
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationships management skills
•Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken
•Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
