Job Spesification:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, maximizing account growth and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end sales, preferably in a product-based environment. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and overcome objections.
- Strong understanding of product sales and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and track progress.
- Willing to work offline at Yogyakarta Office
