Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will bridge the gap between our AI-driven solutions and client success. You will nurture strategic relationships with key accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure clients maximize the value of our technology and data innovations.

Key Responsibilities (7 Core Areas)

  • Client Partnership & Strategy

Act as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, aligning our AI, Data, and Technology solutions to client goals.

  • Revenue Growth

Achieve quarterly/annual targets by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities (AI, analytics, automation).

  • Client Retention

Deliver tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to retain and expand accounts.

  • Solution Design Collaboration

Partner with technical teams to build client-centric AI/data solutions.

  • Market Leadership

Stay ahead of trends in AI, data analytics, and enterprise tech to position the company as a thought leader.

  • Performance Accountability

Track KPIs, revenue pipelines, and client health.

  • Problem Resolution

Resolve client concerns swiftly, collaborating with technical teams to ensure solution adoption.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in account management/sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Proven success in selling technical solutions to enterprises.
  • Skills: Translate technical concepts into business value, Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data platforms.
  • Certifications (Bonus): AI/ML, cloud tech (AWS/Azure), or Salesforce certifications.
