In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with brands, ensuring campaign success, and maximizing revenue growth through ongoing collaboration and performance optimization.
Job Description (Account Manager)
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients/brands to ensure long-term partnership
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in handling campaigns and ongoing projects
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (traffic, conversion, GMV, ROI)
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creator, ads, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients regarding campaign performance
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues, feedback, and improvement areas
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining service quality
- Support achievement of revenue and GMV targets from existing account
Job Specification (Requirements)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or related roles (agency background is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in handling clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance (GMV, conversion, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities from existing clients (upsell & growth)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with digital marketing / performance marketing (TikTok, ads, influencer, etc.) is a plus
- Target-oriented and responsible for client performance & retention
