Role Description

This full-time Regional Account Manager role is a hybrid position based in Semarang with occasional opportunities to work from home. The role involves managing and growing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Regional Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients, prepare sales reports, and stay informed on industry trends to ensure the best outcomes for the organization and its clients.

Qualifications

• Account management skills, including client relationship building and customer retention

• Sales expertise, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and recognize new business opportunities

• Communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on persuasive and negotiation capabilities

• Proficiency in market research and analysis to understand industry trends and client needs

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively

• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital business platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in technology-based solutions or digital business platforms is an advantage
