Job description for Account Manager (Media Sales) at Cognitiv Media
The Account Manager (Media Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving CognitiV sales revenue by identifying opportunities and presenting tailored OOH and multi-channel media solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering sales proposals, coordinating media plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring accurate execution of campaigns. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams on campaign ideation, scheduling, and project timelines, while monitoring performance and providing regular updates and reports to clients. The role also involves prospecting new clients, maintaining market knowledge, and representing CognitiV Media professionally at meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales skills and Target achievement (minimum 2 years in Media or Advertising).
- Ability to manage client relationships and accounts.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant experience in advertising, media, or marketing; familiarity with OOH and integrated media is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
