Job description for Account Manager Intern (for Dibilabs Marketing Agency) at PT Digital Dibimbing Indonesia
Overview :
Dibilabs.id is a digital marketing agency by dibimbing.id. This position will work under Dibilabs.id, not under Dibimbing.id. We are seeking Account Manager Intern that will work with our clients based on project.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience or interest in MCing, moderating events or meetings is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with clients professionally.
- Possibility of handling multiple projects.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to various situations and take initiative in completing tasks.
- Having an interest in the digital marketing industry and client management.
- Additional qualifications :
- Previous organizational or internship experience in a similar field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Attending client meetings to gain a deeper understanding of client relationship management and needs.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating client requests and feedback, and ensuring project execution meets client expectations.
- Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
