Job description for Account Manager (Cloud Services) at Insignia
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team!
As the primary point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and build long-term relationships for assigned enterprise clients, addressing technical and business inquiries, coordinating solution delivery, and resolving escalations promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to understand clients' cloud infrastructure needs, pain points, and business goals.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base.
- Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and plan cloud initiatives.
- Assist clients in understanding project timelines, cost implications, and technical requirements.
- Translate client feedback and market insights into recommendations for new service offerings or enhanced service delivery models.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts and initiate outreach to prospective enterprise clients.
- Manage administrative processes related to client engagements, including: Solution quotations and cost estimates, Service agreements and SOWs (Statements of Work), Proof of work and project documentation, Invoicing and subscription management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Public Relation, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in Account Management, Client Success, Solutions Engineering, or Business Development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience working with enterprise cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in managing B2B technical or SaaS-based engagements.
- Strong ability to communicate complex cloud concepts in clear, business-focused language.
- Excellent written communication for proposals, reports, and documentation.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, Docs, PowerPoint) and project management tools (ClickUp/Jira) is a plus.
