1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Working and communicating with guest
- Assist in the preparation of logistics activities such as assisting in sending gifts to guests.
- Searching for suppliers and quotations, props/ merchandise/ event.
- Support training for the management of the master creators list.
- Support organizes and updates the list, including the shortlist.
- Support assign info and contact research of shortlisting creators.
- Support checklist and follow the timeline.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
