Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure effective collaboration and business continuity.
- Oversee partner account status and outstanding progress to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to support smooth business operations and address related matters.
- Maintain accurate partner records and provide regular updates on account status and performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement, strengthen coordination, and improve operational processes.
- Conduct regular partner visits and on-site coordination.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law/Management
- Experience in Account Management, Partner Management, Relationship Management, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven, with good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel frequently
