Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations for each project.
- Manage projects from briefing to final delivery.
- Translate client requirements into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with Creative, Producer, 3D Artist, Motion Graphic, Editor, and other related teams to ensure projects are executed according to the approved brief.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
- Communicate client feedback accurately and effectively to internal teams.
- Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and progress reports for clients.
- Schedule and attend internal and external meetings related to project execution.
- Monitor revision processes and ensure client requirements are properly addressed.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for pitching purposes.
- Identify opportunities for new business and account growth from existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities.
- Manage project documentation, including briefs, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure all project-related administrative tasks and documentation are organized and properly maintained.
- Support the achievement of company revenue targets through effective account management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Client Service, Account Manager, or a similar role in an Agency, Production House, Digital Agency, or Advertising Agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Understanding of TVC/DVC, video production, or creative project workflows is a plus.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
