Job description for Account Executive at Solutif
Responsibilities:
1. Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
2. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients to drive initial engagement and interest.
3. Conduct initial outreach and needs analysis to understand client requirements and inform the sales strategy.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions to support pipeline management and reporting.
5. Contribute to team efforts to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance overall business performance.
6. Help prepare periodic reports related to sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role in IT consulting or technology sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively in English (speaking and writing).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Must have a personal laptop for work purposes.
