Job description for Account Executive at Pt Bubu Kreasi Perdana
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with agency and brand clients.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative or marketing briefs.
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, strategy, media, etc.) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent updates, presentations, and post-project evaluations.
- Support in pitching new ideas, proposals, and campaign plans to existing or potential clients.
- Monitor project performance and budgets, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably handling both agency and brand sides.
- Strong understanding of marketing, creative, and digital campaign processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators):
- Achievement of sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
- Client retention rate.
- Client satisfaction scores/feedback.
- Upsell and cross-sell revenue from existing accounts.
- Timely delivery of client projects.
