Job description for Account Executive at Brandkraft - PT. Kreasi Desain Asia
Responsibilities :
- Building good working relationships with clients, and collaborating with them to ensure projects run smoothly and achieve maximum results.
- Managing various projects and delegating tasks to the Brandkraft team and vendor partners/freelancers (if necessary) to ensure work is completed well, smoothly, and on time according to the timeline.
- Working effectively, with discipline and attention to detail in job tasks. Using analytical and strategic thinking to enhance company performance.
- Preparing presentation materials and work for clients or business development.
- Presenting work materials and company credentials to clients.
- Actively participating in the creative process with the design team and providing direction/input and creative solutions that align with the client's brief and preferences.
- Finding and managing vendor partners and freelancers for project smoothness.
- Handling administrative processes with clients/vendors, such as preparing Cooperation Agreement documents, BAST, invoices, project reports, and others.
- Providing the best performance for the company in terms of meticulousness, organization, time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2-years of relevant experience in Creative Agency (Preferably Branding Agency).
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Management, Business, or a related field.
- Able to use AI tools to improve and boost work productivity.
- Detail oriented, Organized, have great time management, and able to multi-task.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
