About SmartVen

SmartVen is a leading provider of Multipurpose Vending Machines, offering innovative, customizable vending solutions for various industries such as retail, FMCG, e-commerce, skincare, and more. Our mission is to empower businesses with smart, automated retail technology.

To further expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (AE) who will play a crucial role in driving new business and collaborating cross-divisionally to deliver tailored vending solutions.

Position Overview

As an Account Executive (AE), you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from discovery calls and product demonstrations to negotiations and deal closure. You will work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) to convert inbound leads into valuable clients. Success in this role requires a creative, solutions-driven approach and collaboration across divisions (Retail, Workshop, and Software) to craft tailored solutions for clients.

You will also partner with the Marketing Team to contribute to Sales Enablement strategies, campaign ideation, and promotions that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery/sales calls with qualified leads sourced by the SDR.

• Deliver engaging unit demonstrations to showcase SmartVen’s vending solutions.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from negotiation to closing deals.

• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on acquiring new clients.

• Collaborate with Retail, Workshop, and Software Divisions to craft tailored vending machine solutions for clients.

• Ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and are technically and operationally feasible.

• Partner with the Marketing Team to drive initiatives in Sales Enablement, including campaign strategy, promotional planning, and marketing insights.

• Provide feedback and insights on market trends, client preferences, and sales challenges to improve marketing strategies.

• Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns to increase lead conversions.

• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.

• Provide regular updates on sales progress and key performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

• Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from discovery calls to deal closure.

• Strong experience in negotiation and solution-based selling.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-divisionally and lead solution discussions.

• Experience working with marketing teams on sales enablement initiatives is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

• A results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vending machine, retail automation, or technology-driven industries.

• Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
