Job description for Account Executive at CÔNG TY TNHH THƯƠNG MẠI CHIE.CO
- Working directly with clients, taking briefs, making proposals and propose to clients.
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- Meeting and communicating consistently with internal team and external teams (vendor/ supplier) to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Mindset business & project management in campaign
- Skills in building good relationships with customers and suppliers / 3rd parties.
- Skills in analyzing, reporting, handling situations and making decisions.
- Time management and high volume assignment are your strengths.
- Good working skills, teamwork coordination.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in many different industries.
