What You Will Do:
- Introduce and promote RWI Consulting's services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct active follow-ups with leads and prospects
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Handle client inquiries in a professional and responsive manner
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Prepare sales activity and progress reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and sales processes

- Based in Jakarta, Tangerang, or Bekasi area
- Professional appearance and strong client-facing confidence
- Warm, approachable, and able to build rapport naturally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, empathetic, and able to create comfortable client interactions
- Target-oriented with good negotiation abilities
- Responsive, proactive, and highly motivated
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client relations is a plus
