Job Function
As an Account Executive, you are responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of client needs to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor and evaluate client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of client-related materials, including contracts, proposals, and creative assets.
- Analyze client needs and market trends to develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team and Creative Team to implement effective campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Deliver clear, confident, and engaging presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Resolve conflicts and address client concerns with a focus on finding win-win solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Expand the company’s portfolio by acquiring new projects from existing clients.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive at an advertising agency.
- Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Confidence in presenting information both orally and in writing.
- Ability to negotiate with relevant stakeholders.
- Experience using Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Forms, and similar tools.
