Job Description

Melakukan verifikasi, follow-up, dan menggali kebutuhan leads/prospek terkait program public training.
Menyusun proposal atau quotation serta melakukan follow-up dan negosiasi hingga proses closing.
Memperbarui dan memastikan status prospek serta aktivitas sales tercatat dengan baik pada sistem Odoo/CRM.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait dalam pengaturan jadwal dan pelaksanaan public training.
Memantau progres pelaksanaan training serta memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi dengan baik.
Menangani pertanyaan, kendala, maupun keluhan pelanggan secara responsif dan profesional.

Kualifikasi

Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Manajemen, Marketing, Komunikasi, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, atau posisi terkait menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, persuasi, negosiasi, dan customer handling yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target serta mampu melakukan follow-up prospek secara konsisten.
Teliti, proaktif, responsif, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi serta problem solving yang baik.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; pengalaman menggunakan CRM atau Odoo menjadi nilai tambah.
