Job description for Account Executive at NOTCH
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY)
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients, expanding client network as well as maintaining current ones.
- Fostering good relations with both new and existing clients, including understand client needs and handle the negotiation (proposal) process.
- Handling day-to-day activities with clients in relation with project control and monitoring.
- Presenting and demonstrating the digital campaign ideas & estimating budget to clients and prospective clients.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Handle reporting & client invoice
- Iniatiate meeting and brainstorming sessions.
- Media briefing.
Essential Requirements:
- Female
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Communication or relevant.
- Min. 2-3 years experience as a professional Account Executive.
- Experience in Digital Advertising Agency.
- Energetic, strong communication and negotiation skill, willing to work flexible hours.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platform.
- Hands on experience with Social Media Management, KOL/Influencer Marketing, SEO/SEM, Media Placement (Performance Ads) and CRM software is a plus point.
- High confidence to work with all level peers and clients.
- Well in presenting and communicate ideas and reports accross division.
- Fluency in English (will handle native client), both speak and writing.
- Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Willing to commute to our office in South Jakarta area.
