Job description for Account Executive at Flux Creative Universe
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for creative, content, media, and production teams.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines to ensure campaigns run on schedule and meet objectives.
- Follow up on project progress with both internal teams and clients regularly.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed brief, deadlines, and agency quality standards.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and additional requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams in brainstorming campaign ideas, digital content, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the execution of digital campaigns, including social media, ads, KOL/influencer, UGC and other marketing activities.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for new projects, upselling, and expanding existing client partnerships.
- Support pitching processes, presentations, and proposal development for both prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Experience in handling clients and managing projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and presentation tools.
