Job description for Account Executive at Mursmedic Group
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationship with clients, understand client needs and requirements, and provide customized solutions using our full range of services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our services in contract manufacturing and product development to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to improve our offerings and stay competitive.
- Work closely with the internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure client requirements are met and services are delivered effectively.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals.
- Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends; provide regular reports to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Business Marketing / Life Sciences / related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in manufacturing
- Have a good knowledge of contract manufacturing, product development, and validation processes is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
- Ms. Office Proficient (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
