Job description for Account Executive at Mursmedic Group

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain relationship with clients, understand client needs and requirements, and provide customized solutions using our full range of services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our services in contract manufacturing and product development to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to improve our offerings and stay competitive.
  • Work closely with the internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure client requirements are met and services are delivered effectively.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals.
  • Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends; provide regular reports to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Business Marketing / Life Sciences / related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in manufacturing
  • Have a good knowledge of contract manufacturing, product development, and validation processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
  • Ms. Office Proficient (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
