Responsibilities
- Create Revenue for Training & Consultancy Services of Multimatics.
- Handle customer complaints, questions, and issues.
- Make an appointment meeting or Canvassing to increase database/client.
- Increase and maintain relations with client.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
- Prepare all reports needed and join all the meetings scheduled for all sales by the management
- Monitoring running project and after-sales processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Min. 3 years experience in the same industry (training company, IT consulting company, or selling IT product/services).
- Has good analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Has good initiative and problem solver.
- Customer and target oriented.
- Willing and faster to learn new things.
- Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
- Detail & achievement-oriented and ability to do multi-task.
- Professional looking.
- Proven experience in a sales service role, a good listener, and fast response.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Know, understand, and able to apply the sales life cycle.
