Job description for Account Executive at Skintific Cosmetics Ltd
- Work with Key Account Manager to develop sales and marketing plans across key accounts
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned
- Identifying, acquiring, and building strong relationships with new and existing modern trade accounts
- Maintain sales reports for all designated accounts on a regular basis and participate in regular meetings to review performance
- Coordinating with Account Manager and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- Track & report activities of competitors
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/Skincare/Beauty product)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Having an existing relationship with a local store / modern outlet especially Sociolla, Watson, etc.
- Able to develop channel sales strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed
- Able to join ASAP
- Can follow WFO policy
