DiCA Creative Agency Hiring
We are looking for a Sales person who is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about building relationships and creating new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related roles, preferably in creative, marketing, advertising, media, or event industries.
- Strong B2B sales and client acquisition skills.
- Experienced in prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to identify client needs and translate them into relevant creative/business opportunities.
- Familiar with creative services such as branding, social media, digital marketing, content production, and events is a plus.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Proactive, persistent, organized, and comfortable with rejection.
- Strong commercial sense with a hunter mindset.
- Willing to work collaboratively with creative and project teams to develop proposals and pitches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct client outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Develop offering letter to client.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
