Requirements SR. AE for Creative & Digital Team:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in creative & digital or related field
3. Strong understanding of social media, content plan, etc
4. Knowledge of how social media works
5. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
6. Familiarity with digital trends, social media, and influencer marketing.
7. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
8. Proactive, highly initiative, and able to work both in a team and independently.
9. Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
10. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
11. Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.
12. Fluent in English is a plus
Responsibilities:
1. Manage communication with clients and understand their needs.
2. Handling paperwork or administrative requirements and budgeting
3. Build relationships with new clients and manage existing client relationships
4. Build and maintain good relationships with clients
5. Solve clients' problems by understanding and exceeding their expectations
6. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are met and to identify opportunities
7. Convey messages clearly, both verbally and in writing
8. Provide creative solutions for client needs.
9. Coordinate with external stakeholders.
10. Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
