Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our Jakarta team. In this full-time role, you will manage and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, close sales, and meet revenue targets. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategic teams to develop impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain strong client relationships

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Close sales and consistently achieve revenue targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns

- Provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in advertising or media agencies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of sales success and client relationship management

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques

- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in advertising or media agencies is a plus
