Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. As an Account Executive at Flame Creative, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop and execute effective social media, marketing, and branding campaigns.
- Present campaign ideas, strategies, and performance reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, ensuring campaigns meet client goals and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to clients.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
