Job description for Account Executive at Ganesha Moda Transport
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics projects, ensuring timely execution in accordance with the agreed SLA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, transporters, and third-party logistics partners.
- Coordinate fleet allocation and operational requirements for FTL and express e-commerce shipments.
- Monitor shipment progress, identify operational issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure service quality.
- Negotiate with transport vendors to secure reliable capacity and competitive pricing.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth daily logistics execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Female.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, fleet management, and FTL transportation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Bandung.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
- Full-time.
