Job description for Account Executive at Flux Creative Universe
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, including understanding their needs, campaign objectives, and business requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and campaign execution.
- Develop proposals, prepare pitching materials, and present campaign ideas tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline and client expectations.
- Handle campaign administration, including preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, billing documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor project budgets, billing status, and outstanding payments to ensure proper financial tracking for each client.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth.
- Stay updated on the esports industry, gaming communities, esports media, and relevant market trends to develop effective campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, media, or esports industry.
- Familiar with the esports ecosystem, gaming industry, esports media platforms, and gaming communities.
- Experienced in client handling, campaign coordination, pitching, and proposal development.
- Familiar with billing processes, invoice preparation, payment tracking, and basic budget monitoring.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work Full WFO in South Jakarta.
