Qualifications:
Experience & Background
• Gender & Age: Male or Female, maximum 36 years old.
• Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Professional Track Record: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an Event Organizer (EO), Advertising Agency, or Creative Industry.
• Client Acquisition: A proactive "hunter" mindset with a strong track record of identifying, approaching, and securing new business leads and client partnerships.
Technical Proficiency
• Office Productivity Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for budgeting/reporting) or Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) to ensure seamless collaboration and professional documentation.
Core Competencies
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be a persuasive presenter and a skilled negotiator capable of closing deals.
• Strategic Project Management: A highly organized multitasker with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and project timelines simultaneously.
• Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly grasp brand identities, industry trends, and technical requirements to provide the best solutions for clients.
