We are hiring Account Executive (Sales IT) to join our team. Main responsibility is to do sales activities for Kazokku's main business (IT Staffing Company).
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales and Inside Sales activity, 2 years of minimum experience is needed.
- Proven experience in having good sales result, achieving given targets.
- Highly initiative, understand the prospect and able to execute the suitable sales strategy.
- Having experience in doing sales for outsourcing company is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Result oriented person.
- Fluency in english is preferred.
