Job Description
- Actively identify, approach, and acquire new clients for photography and creative services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, events, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives, campaign needs, and project requirements.
- Prepare and present company profiles, service offerings, proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, pricing, and contract terms with clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
- Develop strategies to expand accounts and increase repeat business from existing clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to project confirmation and handover.
- Coordinate with Creative, Photography, Production, and Post-Production teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and executed.
- Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients throughout project execution.
- Handle client feedback and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and project status.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, Client Service, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a Photography Studio, Creative Agency, Production House, Advertising Agency, or related industry.
- Strong communication, client servicing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of commercial photography, product photography, lifestyle photography, fashion photography, or advertising campaigns is preferred.
- Familiarity with photography production workflows, including pre-production, photoshoot execution, post-production, and final asset delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle client requests professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience working with brands, marketing teams, or advertising campaigns is an advantage.
