Job Description:
- Learn Varnion’s products, sales process, business communication, and consultative selling.
- Build prospect lists and conduct prospecting, outreach, and follow-up activities.
- Identify customer needs, business challenges, and potential opportunities.
- Support customer meetings, solution presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, pipeline, and next-action data in the CRM.
- Participate in role plays, coaching, field shadowing, competency tests, and monthly evaluations.
- Achieve the learning targets and complete the final assessment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with entry-level sales experience are welcome.
- Strong interest in sales, technology, and business development.
- Confident, communicative, and comfortable delivering presentations.
- Target-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- High integrity, discipline, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
- Possess a valid drivers license (SIM), own a personal vehicle, and be willing to complete the three-month training program.
