Job Summary
- As an Account Executive (Junior), you will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You will understand clients' business objectives, recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Recommend digital marketing solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to clients' needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Content, and Project Management) to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets while delivering excellent client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive, Business Development, Sales Executive, Client Service, or a related role.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or Consulting Firm is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, including SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and target-driven environment.
- Familiar with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Resilient with a growth mindset, and able to handle rejection positively during prospecting and business development activities.
