Job description for Account Executive, SPX Express (Kab. Sleman) at PT Nusantara Ekspres Kilat (Shopee Express)

Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of sellers
Analyze and monitor sellers' operational performance metrics
Document and escalate systematic and operational issues
Conduct seller site visits with a focus on identifying upselling opportunities
Develop and execute initiatives to drive order growth for SPX sellers
Support seller needs during Super Brand Day (SBD) and other campaigns by coordinating essential operational information
