What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound leads and self-generated opportunities into successful deals.
- Proactively identify new business and revenue opportunities through networking, partnerships, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on client needs and business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and service delivery process.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to identify service and business improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and convert high-quality leads.
- Represent Emerhub at networking events, business meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Manage leads, opportunities, and client information accurately through HubSpot CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably with a strong focus on new client acquisition.
- Experience in corporate services, consulting, professional services, or B2B industries is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken — MANDATORY REQUIREMENT.
- Able to communicate professionally with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with monthly KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in networking and representing the company professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new industries, business concepts, and complex services.
- Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage leads and sales opportunities.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and highly motivated to achieve results.
