Job Description :
- Menjawab semua kontak yang masuk yang berasal dari website PS, TG, dan Souvia, via telepon, qontak apps, maupun e-mail
- Meng-closing orderan konsumen
- Membuat Lembar Persetujuan Order (LPO)
- Melakukan perekapan data, pengolahan data, analisa data, dan memberikan improvement untuk menunjang ketercapaian omzet
- Up sale dan cross sale untuk setiap konsumen dan calon konsumen
- Memposting konten promo yang diminta oleh Marketing
- Memberikan solusi kepada konsumen dalam menentukan produk, metode pembayaran, dan pengiriman
