Requirement(s) :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia & English (Excellent in both verbal and written communication), Korean / Japanese is a plus
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): advertising, digital, strategic marketing planning, budgeting, presentation
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent
- Preferably experienced in the retail field

Job Desc(s) :
- Assist the Team Leader daily with project and client management.
- Oversee the development and progress of project mock-ups, including flyers and catalogs for clients.
- Update clients on the status of project mock-ups and any changes.
- Review and verify product descriptions, prices, units, and other related details.
- Develop a one-month media and social media content plan for clients.
- Coordinate content briefings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), regional media, and other digital platforms.
- Track and report on collaboration results, including digital content performance on Instagram and TikTok.
- Update sales data in the Accurate system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, ATL, BTL, Creative and etc) and communicate with external vendors when developing proposals.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and Finance Team to develop and manage administrative tasks, reports, and client invoicing.
